"Feel stupid for trusting this packaging"
The box showed up beat up, and the packaging was so flimsy the item was almost falling out. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to ship it properly

"I really like the way the..."
I really like the way the watch looks, and at first I was happy with it. But the battery started draining way faster than I expected, and I had to charge or replace it much sooner than I thought I would.

For the price, I figured it would last longer. Maybe I just got a bad one, but that part was weird and made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I had a small problem with my watch and contacted them about the warranty — i was expecting it to be a hassle. But the team got back to me quickly and kept things simple. I sent over the info they needed, and they sorted the replacement part without a bunch of back and forth. Really appreciated that, warranty stuff can be annoying, but this was easy. Good experience overall.

I ordered from boldrsupply.co and the items themselves were fine, nothing really wrong there. But the shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were sparse. "Still holding up, annoyingly well"
I’ve been using my Boldr Supply gear for a few months now, and despite my best efforts to treat it like it owes me money, it’s still in great shape. It’s taken bumps, rain, and daily use without any loose stitching or cracks. Feels solid, not like some cheap thing that gives up after a week. Happy with how well it’s holding up, unfortunately for my excuse to buy more.

"Nice watch, but it feels like they cut a corner"
Overall, the watch feels solid and the case has a nice finish to it. But the strap and clasp don’t feel quite as sturdy as I was expecting for the price. Nothing has broken or anything, so it’s not a disaster, but it does feel like they focused on the case and maybe cheaped out a bit on the rest. It’s fine, just not as impressive as I hoped.

"Return took way more effort than it should have"
The return process was kind of a hassle. It took forever to get the return info, and when I reached out, the replies were slow too. I mean, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but halfway through I was just like, why is this taking so long? Annoying overall.

"Looks nice, but the water resistance disappointed me"
I really did like the way this watch looked, and it’s not even about that part. The design was exactly what I wanted. The problem was the water resistance just didn’t hold up like I expected. I wore it in some light rain and got a few splashes on it, nothing extreme at all, and I still ended up noticing moisture inside afterward. For what it costs, I just expected it to handle that better. Customer support was decent enough, but overall I’m disappointed.

"Really comfortable strap"
I got my Boldr with the nylon strap and it’s been super easy to wear. It doesn’t scratch or rub my wrist, and it’s not stiff like a few other straps I’ve tried. I wore it through a full day at work and kind of forgot I even had it on. Maybe it’s the fabric or the way it sits, but... yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Lume was okay, but not a game changer for me"
I really wanted Lume to be one of those small daily things that makes life feel a little easier, and at first it did seem to work well. But for me, the freshness faded sooner than I expected. It’s not bad by any means, just not quite the reliable fix I was hoping for
